Who is responsible

Information we collect

When you request a review or contact ForwardForm, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, business, contact details, website and enquiry. We also record basic source and website interaction data to understand whether the enquiry journey works.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare the review or reply you request and, where relevant, take steps towards providing a service. We rely on those requested pre-contract steps or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping useful service records. We do not sell personal information or add enquiry contacts to a marketing list.

Website measurement and service providers

We record page visits, review-button clicks and form activity without setting analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional interaction measurement. Enquiry records still need to be saved when you submit a form.

Our hosting, database and business email providers process information to operate the service. Information may be processed outside the UK under the providers' applicable data-protection safeguards. Access is limited to the people and services needed to handle your request.

Automated assistance

We may use automated tools to make a first-pass assessment of publicly available website signals. These findings are provisional, clearly distinguish unverified items and are reviewed by a person before being used as advice.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information while responding, while a related business conversation remains active, and for any period needed to meet legal or accounting duties. We assess retention against the purpose of the record, the last meaningful contact and any obligation to keep it.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email Ash with your request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
